COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aa Group CHC100-40-R-180TC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Arrow-Gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out B232-30-2 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aerotech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Arrow-Gear such as the 9997668 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B1325302 manufactured by B232-30-2 and we are pleased to be able to service most B232-30-2 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4040015 by Manufacturer Aerotech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Apex Brand AER120040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Apex such as ABR115S2P2 equipment made by Apex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CX112 made by Bando as well as the popular GIF0948C original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9XUCFT20928 by Ami and ABR115S2P2 spares by Apex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HF91320B5H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
